Very pleased with their service. I went for what I thought was an issue with my suspension. They not only found the problem but also took me to the garage to SHOW me- have never had that before. They earned my full business for all my car needs!

It is TRUE they do wish to help their customers I'm any way possible !! These guys are great!! Don't know if it's okay to name names but Mark is one helpful person who goes out of his way and is over the top when it comes to a challenging task such as to find my tire I need that no one and I mean no one has been able to do this far. Lowe's , home Depot , Walmart , ace hardware, big o tired, u haul, and several more big names as well as not so big names could not help me . But Tire king is tire KING for a reason and now I know . I'm fact they have one more loyal customer and I won't go anywhere else ever for tires which I go through many in a year . Thanks tire king of falcon Colorado and thanks to you Mark .

I went to my garage today at 11:30am to attempt to go to the market. I noticed my back tire was completely flat and it had an Allen Wrench coming out of the tire. I wanted to cry…I called Tire King at 12pm and Jason picked up. He said he had the tires I needed in stock…he even explained all of my options. He referred me to a local tow company so I called them to get a tow. The tow truck arrived a little before 3pm and he took my car to Tire King. Jason called me and told me he received my car and that he could patch the hole if I wanted or he could do all 4 tires like we discussed earlier. Anyway, I felt safer getting all new tires since I have all wheel drive and I wanted safer all weather tires anyway. Needless to say, my car was ready by 4pm. Seriously…. I heard great things from people about Tire King but had no idea how amazing this company was until I saw it with my own eyes. I felt borderline hopeless this morning until I spoke with Jason. I immediately felt better once he said he had my wheel size in stock and that he had an opening for me today. And, he even gave me the phone number to a local tow company that was familiar with the area. He explained every single option available to me and called me with updates. Such a pleasant experience despite what happened. The staff and technicians are amazing. I will forever be a Tire King customer.

We have had really good luck with those Nokian WRG4 tires that you purchased, those will do much better in the winter time for you. I put a set of those on my personal car about three years ago. Highly recommended! As a last ditch effort before buying a new rim to replace my newly dented one, they were able to straighten my rim without hesitation. The salesman saw my stress and didn't take advantage of the situation. I wasn't pressured to purchase a expensive tire to hold me over until I was ready for a new set, but offered a gently used one that will do the trick for now. I will come back for my new tires in a few months. One if the rare honest auto repair shops. This is one benefit of a local owned business.
